Raw Bank of DRC's lawyer Kiarie Kariuki wants the registrar to reconstruct a file to replace the lost one so that a case in which the lender has sued two Kenyans for defaulting on loans, can continue. The two, Mr Yusuf Shaa Mohamed Omar and Shadouf Yusuf, were sued over the Sh17 million they took as loan from the bank in Kinshasha. Judge Njoki Mwangi directed the registry to fix a hearing date. The lawyer explained that before the file disappeared in 2014, his client had filed a case in Mombasa.
