A police constable shot a bar owner before killing himself over a Sh430 bill at a bar in Molo on Wednesday morning. Bar ownerSammy Osoro, who sustained serious injuries, was taken to Elburgon hospital and later transferred to Nakuru Provincial Hospital. Witnesses said the bar owner, 36, had confiscated his phone as security after he failed to pay the bill. The body was taken to the Molo hospital morgue.
