(PTI Photo)Modi Cabinet 2024 full list: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took oath on Sunday for a third straight term as the head of a coalition government after two full tenures in which the BJP enjoyed a majority on its own. The Modi 3.0 council of ministers which took oath today has 30 Cabinet Ministers, five ministers of state with independent charge and 36 ministers of state. The Modi 2.0 council of ministers which was sworn in on May 31 2019 consisted of 24 Cabinet-rank ministers, nine ministers of state with independent charge, and 24 ministers of state. Modi, 73, equalled the feat of the first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru, who won in the 1952, 1957 and 1962 general elections.
