Mocha Uson arrived at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) headquarters in Intramuros, Manila on Monday to file her certificate of candidacy. She will run under the Kasosyo Partylist carrying her advocacy of helping overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). ADVERTISEMENTUson earlier announced that she will run for the May 2019 midterm elections to give “ordinary citizens” a voice. She claimed that some lawmakers were constantly delaying the PCOO budget deliberations because of her. However, Uson had failed to show up a number of times as she was usually on official business abroad.
