In response, the Ministry of Health has established a high-level, three-member Investigation Committee to probe the circumstances surrounding his death on February 6, 2026. “The Committee will examine the sequence of events, the decision-making processes involved, and any contributing factors that may have led to delays or challenges in the provision of emergency care. The Ministry has set March 5, 2026 as deadline for the Committee to submit its findings and recommendations to the Health Minister. Despite an ambulance crew ready to continue lifesaving care on site, hospital officials reportedly denied permission for further treatment inside the ambulance.
