SUMMARY Repeat presidential elections have been moved to Saturday 28th October in four counties The IEBC announced that the counties of Siaya, Homabay, Migori and Kisumu will have their elections on SaturdayIndependent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chair Wafula Chebukati has announced that repeat presidential elections will be postponed in Homa Bay, Migori, Kisumu and Siaya Counties. According to reports, IEBC officials across Nyanza were unable to transport and distribute election materials to polling stations for the whole day. In Kisumu County, Opposition supporters locked doors to classrooms where elections were meant to take place while in Homa Bay and Migori, access to polling stations was blocked. Kenyans on social media did not hold back as some wanted the election to be completed while others supported the IEBC’s decision.
