My own obsession with spicy margaritas has been well sated by the crew at Craft Cocktails, who have been running bars at various festivals this summer. His range focusses on classic cocktails, perfectly made, smartly packaged and available through about 75 retailers plus restaurants and bars around the country. Never ones to hang about, this month, it launches a whopper new menu with 32 signature cocktails. Look out too for Lambert’s new bottled cocktail collection, Mr L’s Cocktails (€24.50 for 70cl, Molloy’s).
