Misurata Municipal Council denied news circulated by propaganda outlets and online platforms, on communication with warlord Khalifa Haftar or any of the so-called Dignity Operation leadership. It also denied in a statement, Sunday, any form of negotiations with Haftar, stressing that such arrangements will only be through the legitimate body, represented in the Presidential Council (PC).
