Missouri’s Jordan Elliott, one of the top defensive tackles in the SEC, announced Sunday he will forego his final season of eligibility and enter the NFL Draft. Elliott had 44 tackles, including 8 1/2 tackles for loss and 2 1/2 sacks, this season for the Tigers, who ended with a 6-6 record and banned from the postseason because of NCAA sanctions. Missouri fired coach Barry Odom on Saturday. In a message on social media, Elliott thanked Odom and defensive line coach Brick Haley “for molding me and teaching me lessons that I will take with me for the rest of my life.
