An elderly couple who went missing for two days after failing to turn up to a medical appointment have been found. However police said in a statement on Thursday morning the couple 'were located safely in Woomelang' - 380km from their home - and will be seen to by paramedics. 'It’s understood the couple, both 87-years-old, were located inside their vehicle by a member of the public in the township of Woomelang about 8am.' Concerned family members had raised the alarm on Wednesday morning after the couple failed to attend a prearranged medical appointment. Police have thanked the public for their assistance in finding the missing couple.
