New Plymouth police were searching for an 8 year old boy who was missing since late afternoon. New Plymouth police have found a young boy who was reported missing late on Tuesday afternoon. Hohepa O'Brien​, 8, was last seen around 4:30pm at a Spotswood property on Rosendale Ave before he was reported missing. A police media spokeswoman said that the boy was returned to his family safe and well on Tuesday evening at about 9pm.
