CSK openers Faf du Plessis and Shane Watson scored fifties as Chennai had a brilliant start chasing a modest total of 148 runs to win. However, it could have very different situation if Delhi had taken their chance in the very first over of the Chennai innings. In a sequence of event which can only be described as 'comedy of errors, Delhi missed the chance to run out Faf du Plessis and Shane Watson on the same ball. However, Delhi fielders missed the chance to hit the wickets at both ends. Faf tapped the ball towards point and called for the run before changing his mind after taking a couple of strides.
