Miss Vietnam 2016 finale slated for HCM City on August 28The grand finale of Miss Vietnam 2016 is slated for Phu Tho Sporting Event Hall in Ho Chi Minh City on August 28, with the competition of 30 outstanding contestants. Miss Vietnam 2016 will be crowned with a 2.2 billion VND (89,680 USD) crown designed and produced by Long Beach Pearl, and presented with 500 million VND (22,420 USD) in cash. Meanwhile, the first runner-up will receive 300 million VND (13,452 USD) and the second runner-up will get 250 million VND (11,210 USD). Along with major awards, the organisation board will also announce auxiliary awards, including Miss Humanity, Miss Beach, Miss Talent, Miss Integration, Miss Beautiful Face, Miss Ao Dai, Miss Beautiful Hair, Miss Beautiful Skin and Miss Party Dress. According to the Organisation Board, the highlight of this year’s contest will be Miss Humanity and Miss Communications, which aims to honour humanitarian devotion to the community.
