| Photo Credit: The Hindumore-inMirc Electronics Ltd., which makes Onida brand of products, is setting up an LED TV panel assembly plant at Wada, Maharashtra, said a top executive. “The plant will be ready in the next three to four months,” said Gulu Mirchandani, chairman and managing director, Mirc Electronics. Mirc Electronics will use the erstwhile cathode ray tube television facility in Wada to set up separate assembly lines for LED panels. LED TV and air conditioners account for 85% of the company’s revenue and rest comes from washing machines and microwave ovens. We are a late entrant in the LED TV segment.
