“I told you I was a mess,” Lambert told the crowd, according to People. Miranda Lambert was brought to tears Friday while performing a song she co-wrote with her ex-husband, Blake Shelton. The track seemed to bring up old memories (and maybe some old feelings, too), leading Lambert to cry onstage. Instead of finishing the track herself, she let the audience sing the words back at her. The country star was performing in Tinley Park, Illinois, for her Keeper of the Flame tour, and when it came time to sing her 2012 single “Over You,” she was overcome with emotion.
