FROM the small screen to the runway, popular actress and TV host Mira Filzah will be making her first international runway debut at the New York Modest Couture Fashion Week in September. The 24-year-old has been picked by a Malaysian fashion designer to model an outfit from the designer’s latest collection during the highly-acclaimed fashion week. New York Modest Couture Fashion Week is the second biggest event after the New York Fashion Week. “This will mark my first international runway gig, so it’s a different kind of excitement,” said the celebrity, who has done catwalk modelling before this. “I’m eager to experience how America’s Fashion Week unfolds,” said Mira, who has just wrapped up filming a telemovie titled Dosa Perempuan, alongside Nad Zainal and Redza Rosli.
