more-inA four-year-old girl, allegedly raped in her house in Talaghattapura four days ago, succumbed to her injuries at St. John’s hospital in the early hours of Saturday. The victim was alone in the rented accommodation, when the owner of the house reportedly used the opportunity and raped her. The profusely bleeding victim was initially taken to Rajiv Gandhi Children Hospital, where the doctor refused to treat her, following which she was admitted to St. John’s hospital. She succumbed in the ICU due to excessive bleeding. The police have arrested the accused and investigations are on.
