Her body was found near her home on Saturday night and her autopsy has confirmed the sexual assault. After a search, the police found her body about 200 m away from her home. Jhalawar Superintendent of Police Anand Sharma said the body’s post-mortem had confirmed the rape, while a forensic team had been called from Kota for joining the probe. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje represents Jhalrapatan Assembly constituency in Jhalawar district, situated 330 km away from the State Capital.
