The Ministry of Labour has announced the creation of a special section for empowering persons with disabilities and integrating them into the labour market. The new department will work to provide employment services, vocational guidance and legal awareness. It will also seek collaboration with specialized associations and institutions concerned with defending the rights of persons with disabilities, the ministry explained on Facebook Sunday. "The department is part of a package of measures taken by the ministry, in order to increase the participation of persons with disabilities in the labour market," Minister of Labour, Mahdi Al-Amin explained in a press statement.
