The Attorney General’s Office announced Sunday that the Public Prosecutor had ordered the detention, pending the case, of the Legal Department official of the Health Ministry. The accused is charged with receiving LD 85,000 in exchange for facilitating the payment of the price of contracts concluded by the Ministry along with implementation tools. He is also charged with receiving other movable property in exchange for completing administrative transactions related to the financial affairs of some health sector employees.
