Gil arrived in the capital of Ethiopia on Sunday from the Republic of the Congo after participating in the Three Basin Summit of Biodiversity Ecosystems and Tropical Forests. Gil met on Monday with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Demeke Mekonnen, and highlighted that both parties are at an ideal stage to take a further step towards bilateral exchange. He also invited the Ethiopian Minister of Tourism, Seleshi Girma, to participate in the Venezuela Tourism Fair, to take place late next November.
