Minister vows to remove encroachments on railways land


KARACHI: Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said on Monday that his ministry would use all available resources to remove encroachments on the railways land. Talking to newsmen at the railways office, Sheikh Rasheed said that revolutionary steps were being taken to moderise Pakistan Railways. He said Rs10.5 billion have been allocated for Karachi Circular Railways and the provincial government of Sindh is providing full cooperation in this regard. He claimed that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has decided to spend the rest of his life in London. “Nawaz Sharif should have returned to the country after court orders.”The minister asked the former prime minister to reveal how many donations he received from Osama Bin Laden and who was behind character assassination of Benazir Bhutto.
