Mini's 57th birthday celebrated in NelsonMARION VAN DIJK Nareice and Kynan Bezett liked the 1962 Mark I Morris Mini Cooper at the Minis in Nelson 57th Mini Birthday celebrations held at the World of WearableArt & Classic Cars car park on Sunday. The history of the Mini was celebrated at a birthday "bash" in Nelson for the iconic car. Between 40 and 50 minis were on display in the World of Wearable Art car park in Cadillac Way on Sunday to celebrate the car's 57th birthday. Nelson Mini Club president Andy Wallace said the birthday "bash" was "just a celebration of a classic vehicle". Wallace said Nelson was a "melting pot" of classic cars.
