The derelict heritage homestead in Fairlie that’s “home to the pigeons” has attracted unprecedented interest over the past week. Since Stuff ran a story about Gudex Homestead, listing agent Michael Richardson of Property Brokers Timaru says his phone “has just gone mad every day”.
