The programme I’ve signed up for promises to “transform my body and mind” – leaving me fitter, more motivated, less stressed. As well as creating a fitness programme for me, Francis checks in on my emotional and mental wellbeing at each session. The course is not cheap, but it’s easy to apply the same approach to your own regime (see panels below). As Francis points out, I have a tendency to lose focus halfway through an exercise (or even a sentence). I can deadlift more than my body weight, and – as of just a few days ago, I can do one chin-up.
