Millwall have signed Brighton and England U21 striker Tommy Watson and Sunderland goalkeeper Anthony Patterson on loan until the end of the season. Watson, 19, was originally a product of the Sunderland academy making 24 appearances for the Black Cats. A move to Brighton for a fee of £10m followed last summer and he has made six appearances in the Premier League for the Seagulls this campaign. Meanwhile, 25-year-old Patterson boosts Alex Neil's goalkeeping options at The Den having also been a vital part of Sunderland's promotion push last season.
