Craig, 36, from Wigan, said such complaints will not be entertained when he 'can't control the weather', Liverpool Echo reports. Craig, who chose not to reveal his surname, said to Liverpool Echo: "The milk wasn't hot. It just wasn't cold enough. Craig's message to this customers included advice on how to keep the milk cold while it was on the doorstep. "So ringing me up to make an official complaint that your milk "wasn't cold enough" when you took it in at 9am this morning will not be entertained.
