The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai has vowed that the military will break the unholy alliance between the Boko Haram terrorists and Islamic State West Africa. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Buratai made the assertion on Monday in Abuja, when he declared open a two-day maiden “Career planning and management’’ seminar for senior officers. “The career planning and management seminar is designed to avail you with contemporary approaches to human management. “You would also be exposed to human resources management in a world of `Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity’’’ he said. NAN also reports that the army chief again used the occasion to warn personnel to remain apolitical during the February 16 and March 2 general elections.
