She said she questions how thoroughly the military investigated misconduct claims before Operation Honour — the Canadian Forces campaign against sexual misconduct in the ranks — was launched in 2015. The military's campaign against sexual misconduct, known as Operation Honour, launched six years ago in response to an independent report by former Supreme Court justice Marie Deschamps.
