We could have a once in a generation opportunity to see this mighty glacier-carved fiord without foreign tourists. While we're all isolating, we want to keep showing you our great country. Our biggest tourism drawcard sits empty: one million people were expected to venture out to see Milford Sound this year - but no longer - as the coronavirus crisis decimates tourism. There's also no shying away from the fact some people didn't like the crowds. Despite being dubbed the "Eighth Wonder of the World," surprisingly few Kiwis have ever made it there.
