The 42-year old, graduated from Kenya Methodist University (KEMU) with Bachelors in Business administration in 2015. He later became the first senator of Nairobi County after beating his rivals for the seat in 2013. Mike Sonko is known to be generous to the Kenya’s poor majority sponsoring underprivileged children, youth and women. He is currently seeking to be the next governor of Nairobi county, he will face off with Incumbent ODM Governor Evans Kidero in the August 8 General Election.
