WASHINGTON ― Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence declined Sunday to say unambiguously that the Donald Trump campaign would concede if it loses on Election Day. “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace asked Pence if Trump would concede in the event of a clear Hillary Clinton victory. “Donald Trump is going to win this election,” Pence said. “The campaign has made it very clear: a clear outcome, obviously both sides will accept,” Pence said. Trump has said he “would accept a clear election result,” but he has also said he would only accept the result if he wins.
