Midlothian man 'nearly loses fingers' after turning on 'out-of-control' saw'It would have destroyed my career'Barry Ferrol, 30 (Image: Supplied)An Edinburgh business owner who purchased a saw for his work has claimed he 'nearly lost his fingers' after turning it on. He said it was in a 'beaten up box', and opened it up to find a 'used blade' attached. Barry also said it was 'obvious the saw had been used numerous times' after ordering it on February 1. After turning the Milwaukee M18 saw, Barry said it 'instantly started and wouldn't shut off'. Barry said the saw had 'chunks of wood and sawdust in it' after he opened the box.
