The software group, which is facing questions over a £6.5 billion reverse takeover of Hewlett Packett Enterprise (HPE) last May, said that it was beefing up its executive team with the appointment of Chris Kennedy, a former executive at Arm Holdings, as chief financial officer. His predecessor, Mike Phillips, who had served in the role since 2010, has moved into a new role as director of mergers and acquisitions while Ian Fraser, an executive at RELX Group, has been recruited as chief human resources officer.
