Eli Brooks had 20 points, nine rebounds and four assists and Michigan snapped a four-game losing streak by pulling away from Nebraska, 79-68, in Lincoln, Neb. Franz Wagner contributed 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while Brandon Johns Jr. supplied 16 points and seven rebounds. Neither side had a lead bigger than five points until Brooks drained a 3-pointer with 1:27 left in the half. Wagner converted a three-point play after making a steal early in the second half to give Michigan a 48-41 lead. A Johns 3-pointer midway through the half gave the Wolverines a six-point lead and began an 11-0 spurt.
