Photo: INPHO/Morgan TreacyIrish Independent/Independent.ie sports writer Michael Verney has successfully completed his attempt to do 1,000 push-ups in one hour to raise funds for the #DoItForDan campaign and PPE for our frontline HSE staff. Having already raised over €10,000 for both causes, Michael started his mission at 7.0pm and completed it live on Shane Stapleton's OurGame Youtube channel.
