Stone Canyon Industries describes itself as a global industrial holding company that targets investments of between $50 million and $2 billion. Stone Canyon’s co-CEO, Adam Cohn, long worked for Milken’s Knowledge Universe, which was recently sold. The firm’s president, Michael Neumann, was a partner at Knowledge Universe, where he spent 13 years. Four of the top five executives listed at Stone Canyon Industries spent time at Knowledge Universe. Stone Canyon Industries was registered with the California Secretary of State in 2014 by Stanley Maron, Milken’s longtime lawyer.
