One of Mia Farrow’s adopted sons reported died in a car accident in Connecticut Wednesday and police were investigating the fatal crash. Law enforcement officials confirmed to the paper that it was Mia Farrow’s son who had died. Thaddeus’ reported death would be the third adopted child she has lost. She adopted Thaddeus from an orphanage in Calcutta, India in 1994 shortly after he divorce from Woody Allen. Thaddeus Farrow spoke about being adopted Mia in a 2013 interview with Vanity Fair.
