A federal judge in Mexico has approved an arrest warrant for a former governor and his daughter, on allegations of laundering money. According to the country's Attorney General's Office, Roberto Sandoval, and his daughter, Lidy Sandoval, also have direct ties to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
