MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila, along with other areas in Luzon, will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms on Sunday, the weather bureau said. ADVERTISEMENTThe other affected areas include the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon and the provinces of Rizal and Quezon. The weather bureau warned of possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms. Pagasa said moderate winds from southwest to west will likewise prevail over Visayas and the rest of Luzon, while coastal waters will also be moderate. Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds from southwest to west, with slight to moderate coastal conditions.
