LACONIA — A local man has pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute methamphetamine, the Department of Justice announced yesterday. Golden Jr., 37, of Laconia. Investigators received a warrant to search the package, which was found to contain about 56 grams of methamphetamine. The package was rewrapped, and Golden was notified that the parcel was ready for him to pick up. Postal Inspection Service was assisted by State Police and Laconia Police Department in the investigation.
