Meth charges: Counsel sum up in case of real estate agent Tonya Spicer and husband

The Crown has failed to prove a real estate agent dealt meth or perjured herself in court and is "desperate" to achieve a guilty verdict, a jury has heard. Paihia agent Tonya Maree Spicer, 47, and her husband Paul Anthony Spicer are on trial in Auckland District Court accused of possessing methamphetamine for supply. However police now say the amount the couple received from former North Shore real estate agent Brett Campbell Bogue to supply "clients" during a Bathurst race weekend is unknown.
