After all, the entire process cannot move faster than the bottleneck, as we see in merging traffic. It was required reading during my GE manufacturing days, yet the concepts apply to organizational change as much as manufacturing processes. There are many change-management models out there, yet from a leader’s perspective, what should we focus on to ease the bottlenecks and get our people merging into change faster?
