Wayne Dundon, the Limerick criminal, and Nathan Killeen have lost appeals against their conviction for the murder of a businessman eight years ago. Collins, who was 35, died in hospital a short time after he was shot. The three judges found that Dundon had ordered the murder from prison and that Killeen was the getaway driver for James Dillon, the gunman. Dillon was jailed for life in 2010.
