The trio, who all have police records, were among ten people arrested on Monday during a series of raids across the island involving soldiers, helicopters and police patrol boats. Caruana Galizia, 53, who exposed alleged Maltese government involvement in money laundering in her popular blog, was blown up on a country road after leaving her isolated rural house in Bidnija on October 16. The three men charged, Vince Muscat and two brothers, Alfred and George Degiorgio, denied involvement in the bombing at a hearing. The other seven people arrested are to be released on bail, Maltese…
