Dr. Melynda Audrey Barnes and Karim Zeddam Oussayef were married Aug. 25. She graduated from Stanford and received a medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She is the daughter of Ayn S. Hill of Los Angeles and Robert W. Barnes of Garden Grove, Calif. Mr. Oussayef, 37, is a partner in Desmarais, a patent litigation law firm in New York. He graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester and received a law degree magna cum laude from Boston University.
