Getting on and off the plane, she wore an army-green jacket with these words written on the back in white: "I really don't care. Was she trying to send a message to President Donald Trump about his border policies? "It's a jacket," she said in response to media inquiries. "Today's visit w the children in Texas impacted @FLOTUS greatly," she tweeted .
