MANILA, Philippines — Megaworld reported a nine-month net income of P12.8 billion, up 14 percent year-on-year. Consolidated revenue for the nine- month period grew 17 percent to P48.1 billion, buoyed by the company’s strong core businesses. Real estate sales grew 11 percent to P30.7 billion. As of the end of September, Megaworld launched P58.7 billion worth of new residential inventory, while reservation sales reached P114 billion. Moving forward, the company targets to complete another 192,000 square meters of office space this year.
