The Mega Millions jackpot on Saturday climbed to a staggering $1.6 billion after it was revealed that no winning ticket was sold in Friday night's drawing, making it the highest jackpot in Mega Millions history. The winning numbers on Friday were: 15, 23, 53, 65, 70, and Mega Ball 7. The estimated jackpot for that drawing would tie the largest lottery prize in U.S. history. There has been no winning ticket since a group in California won on July 24. Mega Millions is played in 44 states as well as Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
