To begin with she started buying a whole variety of indoor foliage plants – “I am all about the big green leaves“. Sadly a second sellout Tauranga Indoor Plant Fest, which was to be held in April, had to be cancelled because of lockdown, but she’s working on holding another event later this year or early next. And I find if you show a plant love, it gives you love back.”Hollie Procter was a runner-up in NZ Gardener’s 2020 Houseplant Heroes competition.
